No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date or local pickup date.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be free of smoke, odors, stains, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, and any other signs of wear.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original condition and packaging, when possible.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error made by Rich Mode Clothing.
Exchange Processing
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Rich Mode Clothing.
