Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and color, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout using one of our secure payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your purchase is completed, you'll receive an email confirming your order details.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we'll notify you immediately and provide the available options.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment at our Memphis, Tennessee location.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
What condition must my item be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.
Who pays for exchange shipping?
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
What items cannot be exchanged?
Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Your payment is processed at the time your order is placed.
